Brownie Cupcakes
INGREDIENTS:
INSTRUCTIONS:
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. In a bowl mix the brown sugar, white sugar, and cocoa powder together. Melt the butter and pour it into the mixture. Add the eggs and the vanilla. Stir in the milk. Next add the flour baking powder and salt. Beat until you have a thick batter.
Line a muffin pan with paper liners and fill each about 2/3 full. I used a 1/4 cup measure to measure how much to put in each cup. Bake for 16-20 minutes.
Once the cupcakes have cooked, cool completely before icing. If you do not cool completely the icing will melt off of the cupcakes. Store in an airtight container.

INGREDIENTS:

In a bowl mix together the butter and brown sugar. Whip until fluffy. Mix in the flour and add the powdered sugar, vanilla, honey, and corn syrup and the cream. After you have mixed all the ingredients well you can fold in the chocolate chips and enjoy.

- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup dark brown sugar
- 1/2 cup cocoa powder
- 2 Tbsp cocoa powder
- 3/4 cup butter, melted
- 2 large eggs
- 1 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 Tbsp milk

- 1/4 cup dark brown sugar
- 3/4 cups confectioner's sugar
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 tsp honey (for better results use molasses and no corn syrup)
- 1/2 tsp light corn syrup
- 1 Tbsp cream (can use half and half also)
- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips
