Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Cream butter in sugar in a bowl. Add salt and vanilla and mix until mixture is smooth. Slowly add in the flour and mix until dough is smooth.
Make 24 dough balls, roll in sprinkles, and place on a cookies sheet. Bake for 9 minutes. Take the cookies out of the oven after 9 minutes and with a small spoon make a small dent into the middle of the cookies. Continue baking the cookies for another 10 minutes.
After the cookies cool, melt the chocolate in a double broiler. Once chocolate is completely melted, spoon the chocolate into the center of the cookies and let the chocolate harder before enjoying these delicious delights.
