French Toast Bake

INGREDIENTS:
INSTRUCTIONS:
In a microwave safe bowl, melt butter. Once butter is melted add brown sugar and mix until it is like a paste. Then layer the bottom of a 9 by 9 pan.
In another bowl mix together eggs, milk, confectioner's sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
Layer the pan with the bread. Pour half of the egg mixture over the layer of bread. Sprinkle this layer with brown sugar and cinnamon. Then add another layer of bread. Pour the rest of the mixture on top of that layer of bread. Lastly, sprinkle white sugar and cinnamon on top.
Cover and refrigerate over night.
In the morning, preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Once preheated cook for 45 minutes. When the french toast bake is finished cooking you can enjoy the delicious breakfast with a nice cup of warm coffee (or tea if you prefer that)!

- 1 1/2 cups milk
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
- 1 tbsp. confectioner's sugar
- enough brown sugar, white sugar, and cinnamon to sprinkle
- 1 loaf of white bread (use cinnamon bread for best results)
